A Decade of Connection
- 2014
PSE is founded
A small group of pediatricians in Mbeya gathered for the first informal social meet-up — and PSE was born.
- 2017
First Annual Gala Dinner
PSE hosted its first Annual Gala Dinner, bringing together members from across the southern highlands.
- 2020
Regional chapters launched
Chapters opened in Dar es Salaam, Arusha, Mwanza, and Dodoma to bring PSE closer to members nationwide.
- 2023
PSE Excellence Awards introduced
An annual awards programme was launched to celebrate outstanding members across six categories.
- 2026
Member portal & digital wallet
PSE launched its online member portal — making membership, dues, and event registration easier than ever.
